Will I need to get more than one estimate?
No. While in the past it was required to get 3 estimates there have been laws passed stating that if you have a preferred shop there is no need to get bids from others. There are instances when insurance companies will send adjusters to write the estimates, in this case just bring in the estimate you are given and we will take care of the rest.
Do I have the right to select the shop that my car will be repaired by?
Yes. Notify your insurance company of the shop you have chosen and provide the shop with your claim number. The claims adjuster and body shop will work together to repair your vehicle as efficiently as possible.
Should I notify my insurance company before my vehicle is repaired?
Yes, insurance companies require that you contact their claims hotline to report your accident and let them know when and where the vehicle will be repaired.
How long will my repairs take?
The length of time will vary with every job. Parts availability, repair and refinish hours, and insurance delays are just some of the variables. When you visit with our estimators, Dan and Scott, they will give you a good idea of how long you should expect us to have it.
Is there any warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied that their car has been completely restored to pre-accident condition. We guarantee our repairs for defects in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. (Rust repair and / or abuse are exempt.)
Can the shop waive my deductible?
No. Your insurance company requires you to pay your deductible to the body shop before you can leave the shop with your repaired vehicle. If someone else’s insurance company is paying for the repairs there will be no deductible but payment from the responsible party will need to be received or arranged for before your vehicle is released.
Who arranges and pays for the rental car if I need one?
If you are the claimant, someone else’s insurance has accepted liability, you should be offered rental car options. If your insurance will be handling the cost of repairs rental coverage will be determined based on the policy in effect. With a claim number and scheduled appointment we can make sure a rental car is available when you drop off your vehicle. Rental cars are almost always set up through the Enterprise Rent a Car located at 898 Northgate Mile in Idaho Falls | 208.523.8111. The friendly staff there will pick you up from our location at the scheduled time and take you back to their office to complete the necessary paperwork and get you back on the road. Do you charge for repair estimates?

You are welcome to drop your car off for this process or walk through it with us. A copy of your written, no obligation repair estimate will be provided to you before you leave.
