Nobody likes to get into an accident, but if you do our goal is to make the repair process of your vehicle as stress-free as possible. To achieve that goal we offer the following services.
DRIVE-IN ESTIMATING CENTER
As you enter our facility, you will be invited to drive your vehicle into our climate-controlled estimating center. A certified estimator will write a free, thorough, computerized estimate while you wait. Our hours are Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
INSURANCE CLAIMS ASSISTANCE
As an established collision repair facility, we’ll work with all major insurance companies. Some companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center – you can do that, or you may leave your car with us and ask that the insurance company inspect your car at our facility. You have the right to have your car repaired at the collision center of your choice, which may or may not be the facility your insurance company chooses.
We understand the inconvenience of not having a vehicle to drive while yours is being repaired if necessary, we can arrange a rental for you.
OUR TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANTAGE
Advanced repair techniques are essential in providing quality repairs in today’s automotive shops. Our technicians have all been extensively trained in their areas of expertise, and use the most technologically advanced equipment to diagnose and repair structural damage.
COMPUTERIZED PAINT MATCHING SYSTEM
Automotive refinishing is truly an art. Our paint technicians have been manufacturer-trained and certified. We use only PPG Auto Refinishes, the finest paint in the world. All finishes are custom-mixed through our computerized touch-mix scale that guarantees a perfect color match. Our downdraft bake oven prep stations ensure a flawless finish, while being environmentally friendly.
If your vehicle requires towing, we use Hendricksons Pro Tow. They are available 24 hours a day at (208) 522-5011. Do not worry about the towing charges, Hendricksons will bill us directly, and we will address these charges with your insurance company.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied that their car has been completely restored to pre-accident condition. We guarantee our repairs for defects in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. (Rust repair and / or abuse are exempt.)
ONGOING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We are very proud of our high customer satisfaction index. A key reason for our continued growth is due to our extraordinary amount of customer referrals and repeat customers. To maintain this level we participate in ongoing 3rd party CSI indexing. We use Customer Research Inc. through certified first network to measure our CSI. We also participate in an active yearly inspection of facility and equipment by Underwriters Laboratory. Our current CSI rating is 876 and we have now earned the Good Housekeeping Seal. Results from our current survey indicate that our customers surveyed would recommend their friends to Dan’s Collision Repair Center.
